Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final!!
For sanitary and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any items. This policy is here to ensure the safety and quality of every product we provide to our customers.
Why We Do Not Offer Returns
Our products (including lip gloss, lip scrubs and body care items) are considered personal use items. Once they are shipped out we cannot guarantee if they have been opened or used. To protect our customers, we strictly follow a no-return policy for sanitary reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want you to have the best experience possible. If you order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email: mirandamcosmetics@gmail.com (make sure your order number and a photo is included in the email)
If there is an issue with the order we will review the case and offer a replacement or store credit if approved.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
